Not So Grand Experience with Grand Gatherings Planning

I read your take on the Grand Gatherings and let me tell you, I've been planning a Grand Gathering ( 9 people) since Nov. 2003 . It says on Disney's website that the planners will make our vacation MAGICAL and UNFORGETTABLE . Well I'll tell you, it's been anything but that.

 

I've spent over $200 on long distance phone calls. I've lost out on several dinning experiences with my family because of the lack of help from WDW planners. And we've had to plan every one of our activities ourselves-- that's just to name a few things.

I just hope when we get there ( traveling from Canada ) that everything else we have planned is booked.

I usually visit WDW approx. 4 - 9 times per year, I am an annual pass holder, and a  stock holder.

Well I'll keep my fingers crossed!
