A huge
cast of dancers and athletes warm up the crowd as the
"block party" pulls into place.

The
performers are quite full of energy, even though they have to
perform several sets.
A Disney*Pixar processional will hit Hollywood Boulevard at
Disney's Hollywood Studios in March 2008, replacing Disney
Stars and Motor Cars. Block Party Bash is a high-energy street
party complete with parade floats, trampoline artists, aerial
acrobats, more than 20 Disney*Pixar characters and more.

The
beach ball segment is hugely popular with the crowd.
"Block Party Bash is the steppin' out party for the
Disney*Pixar characters," says Walt Disney Entertainment
Creative Director Marilyn Magness-Carroll. "This show
charges out of the gate, and it stops and invites you to step
out on the street and have a ball!"

WHERE'S
THE PARTY?: Performers dance and sing for Disney's Hollywood
Studios guests during "Block Party Bash," the
theme park's new daily parade. The interactive funfest
features characters from Disney-Pixar films like "Toy
Story," "Monsters, Inc." and "A Bug's
Life," along with high-energy dancers, acrobats and
colorful floats. It's all part of Disney's Year of a Million
Dreams celebration. (David Roark, photographer)
