High Tea Offered Daily for
Guests Determined to Put Some Elegant Relaxation into Their
Disney Experiences
From 2:00 until 4:30 p.m. daily, guests can experience a
British "High Tea" at the Garden View Lounge located
on the lobby floor at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort &
Spa. Various selections of teas are offered during the event,
ranging from traditional tea selections (like Earl Grey and
Organic Green Tea) to herbal and caffeine-free selections to
flavored teas like the full-bodied black currant (Aronda's
favorite).
Most guests choose the more comprehensive menu
selections--including the Grand Tea, Prince Edward's Tea,
Buckingham Palace, and Sally Lunn Tea--which feature
"finger" sandwiches, a selection of tea (you enjoy a
full pot), pastries, fruits and other items. The Grand Tea
even includes a glass of sparkling wine. You may expect to
spend anywhere from about $10.00 to $30.00 per person,
depending on how involved you wish to get in the experience.
All High Tea selections are served in Doulton's Royal
Albert china.
