The Jiko Cheese Selection is considered 
to be either an appetizer or a dessert item.
Cheese Selections included are:

Zamorano
This hard sheep's milk cheese is noticeably nuttier and richer than its Spanish cousin Manchego. The nomadic shepherding families of Castille-Leon have been handcrafting Zamorano for centuries. Zamorano has a sharp, moderately gamey, sheep's milk-flavored bite and texture.

Clochette Chevre
This bell-shaped goat cheese is from the Poitou region of France. This cheese is aged for about one month and produces a thin skin and golden crust, strong and herbal flavored.

Flixer
Made by Mario Contin in Eastern Switzerland, Flixer is one of the rarest cheeses produced anywhere. It is made from May-October from a herd of 12 Lacaune sheep, and the cheese is aged for about four months.

Fromagerie Tournevent le Biquet
This cheese is a soft, fresh, pasteurized goat's milk cheese from Quebec Canada. This smooth goat cheese has a slightly acidulous taste and a wonderful richness.

Laura Chenel Cabecou
Made with 100% cultured, pasteurized goat's milk, these rich and creamy chevre disks swim in a sea of extra virgin olive oil, bay leaves, and other herbs and spices.

Pear Tree Green Tea
Estate China green tea, perfumed with the essence of freshly plucked ripe pears, crisp and sweet

African Black Tea
Organic Breakfast Black estate tea grown in Tanzania. Bright golden liquor with medium body.

Eros

Thunderbolt Darjeeling 
Darjeeling or "Land of the Thunderbolts" is a black tea which harkens from the hills of India, charged with flavor, and offers exquisite bouquet, good body, and lingering floral notes.

Organic Rooibos South Africa 
Rooibos comes from the rugged slopes of the Western Cape Mountains in South Africa. The famous red bush tea is caffeine-free but tastes like a light Ceylon black.

Vanilla Rooibos 
Vanilla bean sweetens this Rooibos, producing a round, full cup which is ideal with a spot of milk

Harmony 
A tranquil herbal infusion of golden chamomile and orange blossoms, peppermint and allspice

Lemon Verbena
