Kona Cafe

Kona Cafe is located inside the Great Ceremonial House at Disney's
Polynesian Resort in the Magic Kingdom resort area. The
restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and it
features some terrific Pacific Rim specialties as well as an
array of incredible desserts.
The atmosphere here is very relaxed and pleasant. The
windows along one side of the restaurant look out toward the
monorail track, and since it's on the same level as the
monorail boarding platform, you'll be able to see the monorail
as it glides by outside while you're eating.
A nice feature of this restaurant (and the resort it's in)
is the convenience of the monorail connection. Even if you're
not staying at the Polynesian, you can easily hop aboard the
monorail from either the Contemporary Resort or the
Grand Floridian, or from the Magic Kingdom if you're visiting that
park, and arrive at the Polynesian in just a few minutes. This
can be especially handy if you're having trouble finding a
restaurant in the Magic Kingdom that's not booked up, or if
you just want to try something different.
The menu here is certain to have something for almost
everyone, so you're likely to please your entire party by
eating here. The prices aren't so unreasonable either (for
Disney restaurants!!), so there's no reason not to give it a
closer look. After your meal, stop by Kona Island
Sushi Bar right next
door for a specialty coffee to go!
Kona Cafe honors the Tables in Wonderland (formerly known
as the Disney Dining Experience) card, so be
sure to show yours if you have one to save 20% off your bill
(before gratuity).
