Le Cellier Steakhouse
(photos below)
Le Cellier Steakhouse is located in the Canada
pavilion, down the walkway through Victoria Gardens.
Themed as a wine cellar, this restaurant is cool and dark--a
very pleasant setting for a delicious meal!
Both lunch and dinner here begins with a bouquet of
breadsticks brought to your table and placed in a large vase.
The various sticks are made of different grains, and represent
some of the regions of Canada. Many folks seem to like the
pretzel breadsticks best, though Aronda is partial to the
sourdough as well. The popular--and famous--cheddar cheese
soup is served here. If you haven't had this soup, you must
try it! It's a blend of zesty cheese, smoky bacon, and just a
tiny hint of beer, and it alone is worth making a reservation
here. It's actually nice to dip the breadsticks into the soup
(yes, it's tacky, but hey! we're on vacation, right??!!) as an
appetizer.
Le Cellier serves both lunch and dinner, and the menu
changes a bit between the two meals. At dinner, you'll find
more of the big, beefy steaks featured, while at lunch there
are several sandwiches offered. Of course, steaks can be had
for lunch here too.
This is a beautiful restaurant, the food is terrific, and
the service is always excellent! Make a reservation here for
your next trip to WDW--you won't be sorry!!
Le Cellier honors the Disney Dining Experience card, so be
sure to show yours if you have one to save 20% off your bill
(before gratuity).

simply walk down the path through Victoria Gardens, or view O!
Canada
and pass it on your way out of the movie!

Inside the dining room. The
decor is that of a dark, cool wine cellar.

area between the "in" and "out" doors on
the kitchen

waiting for his dinner after a long, busy day of touring
Epcot. That breadstick looks yummy!

Here's something you'll
have trouble finding now--a piece of chocolate
cake decorated for the Happiest Celebration on Earth. Those
are candied
orange chunks scattered on the plate!
